All shipments of diamonds arrive with our
15-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied
with your diamond for any reason, you must call our customer
service staff within 5 days from your receipt of your
diamond. BEFORE YOU SEND THE DIAMOND BACK, you must receive
a RMA (return merchandise authorization) from our customer
service staff. Once Bonded Diamonds receives your diamond,
we will credit your account in full, less a 3% restocking
fee on all credit card purchases or 1% restocking fee for
wire transfers. Outside the United States, purchases can be
made by bank to bank wire transfer only.
