When you are ready to place an order for your diamond,
please contact our Customer Service Staff at 1-877-926-6333
(877-9-BONDED) toll free or place your [order online]. You
will need to know our stock number, shape, and weight of
the diamond you wish to purchase along with the proper shipping
information. This will ensure that we match your selection
with the exact diamond of your choice. All sales are subject
to availability. You will know what you are buying at Bonded
Diamonds because each diamond sold is accompanied with a
Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or European Gemological
Laboratory (EGL) Certificate. Both are considered the world's
most universally accepted diamond certificates and premier
laboratory guarantors.
Shipping
Upon receipt of your order and credit approval, Bonded
Diamonds will insure and ship your stone at no charge
to you. Your diamond will arrive registered - insured
mail or UPS insured. All orders are processed within 24
hours from a completed order. Orders shipped to Maryland
and Washington, D.C. are subject to local sales tax. You
will receive an order confirmation providing you the confidence
that your diamond is on its way.
There is a possibility that your selection may not be available,
but still on our inventory list. We will notify you as soon
as possible if your diamond selection has been sold. Our
large inventory allows you the ability to select another
diamond. ALL SALES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
Payment
Bonded Jewelry accepts payment by Visa, Master Card, American
Express, Discover, bank wire transfer, cashier-certified
and personal checks. All payments are subject to verification
and clearance prior to shipment. A 2% discount will be
applied toward your purchase for bank wire transfer.
